25-year old Kate Writer from New  Wales Australia is a proof that “if there is a will there is a way”. It was clear that the main causes of gaining weight were Writer’s unhealthy eating and lack of physical activities. She would eat junk food from morning to night: started her day with chocolate bar and energy drink and finished with two dinners. After meeting her romantic partner “Nick Jones”, the pair discover their mutual love of takeaways “Then Nick came along and he was fan of food too, like me. He never questioned what he was eating. We just ate what we enjoyed” said Kate. Thus things went worse. She never realized that she become overweight and ballooned to 265 pound. After a long shift standing all day at work. Kate began to experience painful swollen ankles and she couldn’t even drive home. Thus she realized she had problem and decided to make the change by her own in spite of several difficulties and challenges that she encountered.

Kate wanted a natural way to turn her body around although many people assume that she has had a surgery “I wanted to loose weight naturally and I was determined to get a body that reflected the hard work I was putting in” Mr Writer was training 2 hours a day and recently qualified as a PE teacher. “I have trained at least 6 days a week since the beginning of my journey and have not allowed myself to slack off” said the enthusiastic brunette. She began with cardio machines that enabled her to lose weight quickly after few months she started weight based training in order to build muscle and tone up. Kate was a self-motivator, she never gives up on her goal and insists to fulfil her dream and inspire others. “It is really important to know that you are not alone. There is no point just “wishing” for something to happen you need to take small steps towards the body or weight that you want and starts from there”.
